This Privacy Policy governs use by Ayax Systems, Inc. ("Ayax" or "We/Us") of information collected via its web-based services and software (the "Service") which are made available via the websites of Ayax clients and partners (individually and collectively, "Partner(s)"). Throughout this Privacy Policy, you, the end user, are referred to as "You."
In addition to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy, the collection, use and maintenance of such information will be governed by the privacy policies of each Partner. Ayax is not responsible for the privacy practices of Partner Sites or third parties that advertise on, link to, or otherwise integrate with a Partner Site. In addition, Ayax offers a web-based service known as "Let Simon Decide" which is accessible to users via the URL www.letsimondecide.com. The collection and use of information via this service is governed by the privacy policy posted at http://www.letsimondecide.com/decision-making/privacy.

1. Information You Input Directly
The Service collects information that you provide when you use the Service via a Partner Site. This may include your real name, username, password, email address, phone number, street address and the product in which you are interested.

Ayax is not responsible for the privacy practices of such Partner Sites or third parties that advertise on, link to, or otherwise integrate with a Partner Site. 6. Legal Compliance
It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence – for Ayax to disclose your personal information. 7. Modification, Retention and Deletion of Account Information
If you have an account, you can review, modify and add to elements of your account information by login into your account profile and making the necessary changes. You may also contact us at support@ayaxsystems.com at any time to request that we delete your personal information. If you terminate your access and use of the Service, we will retain relevant portions of your personal information as necessary for our compliance with Federal, State, and local laws. Please keep in mind that Partners may continue to retain your information thereafter in accordance with their privacy policies.
8. Disclosure due to Corporate Events
We also reserve the right to transfer Your Personal Information to another company in the event of an acquisition (of stock or assets) of Ayax, a merger, or other similar corporate event, including but not limited to reorganization, restructuring, or dissolution.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we protect and use the personal information we collect. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any updates.
10. European Union Privacy Disclaimer
If you are located in the European Union, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (and not Ayax) are responsible for ensuring that information you provide conforms to all local data protection laws.
